Month Two – In the books!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been two months on the Cinch plan!  In some ways, it feels like it has been longer, just with all the traveling and craziness I’ve had going on, but in other ways it feels like I’ve just gotten started.

Let’s review, shall we?

Spring banner On June 18th, I started using Cinch to lose weight and inches.  The basis of the Cinch plan is their specially formulated shake mix and meal bars which I’m using to replace two meals each day.  I then have a healthy meal for dinner and can choose from my own healthy snacks or Cinch snack bars and teas.  I’m currently consuming between 1400-1600 calories each day (including Cinch products) but admittedly I need to look and see if I need to adjust that now that I’ve lost weight (getting to that, hold your horses).

The past month has been kinda nuts.  As I talked about in last month’s vlog, I had vacation and BlogHer plus all the travel and adjustment times from that craziness.  Also in there, my husband started a new second job and I’ve taken the coordinator position for our local moms group.  To say it’s been busy around here would be an understatement and I am confessing right now that I haven’t paid the due diligence my health needs.  I need to get back on the exercise bandwagon in a bad way, though I know that the busyness has also translated to a lot more movement, so my Fitbit tracker tells me (Oh yeah, I won a Fitbit in last month’s Cinchspiration incentive challenge – Thank you, Shaklee!).  But a regular schedule of exercise — my step aerobics and walking — needs to happen again.  So help me do it! 🙂

I’m happy with my 14.4 lbs and 9.25 inches lost in 2 months*!  My clothes are feeling better, though I haven’t officially gone down a size, and in general I’m just more confident.  I know I still have a long way to go to be at a truly healthy weight, but I’m well on my way and Cinch is helping me get there!
