It’s been four weeks since I started Cinch, so how about an update?
I did my fourth weigh in today and did my measurements last night! Here are the results:

After four weeks of eating better, using Shaklee Cinch products to replace meals and control my hunger, adding exercise back into my life, I’m down 9.6 lbs. and 5 total inches*!
I planned to put up some comparison photos, but the quality wasn’t very good, so I’ll hold off a bit on that! I haven’t gone down any clothing sizes, but my clothes are feeling more comfortable.
